STEPS FOR JOINING CARMLS

1)  JOIN a Board of Realtors through NAR Board of Choice, if you have not already done so.

An agent MUST be in good standing at a Board before joining CARMLS.
Your Broker MUST be a member of the Board you are Joining.

2)  Choose your Type of Membership below and Submit the Form.

3) Please allow 24-72 hours +/- to activate your CARMLS membership, once we have received all applicable approval from your Board, membership paperwork and or dues.

CARMLS Participation is with the Broker, therefore if you are an Agent, you would not owe CARMLS for any dues. These dues would be billed through your Broker and we charge the Broker for all Agent Dues.  The Board you join will contact our Membership Coordinator and communicate to us, once you are in good standing with their organization.

Once you have been activated in our system, you will receive an email confirmation noting you have been added to our database, along with your ID and Password credentials. 

We offer New Agent Classes that cover Paragon functionality along with CARMLS Policies, Rules and Regulations.

As a Broker, Realtor or Appraiser you may then obtain a lockbox key. We serve as a Liaison for Supra and you may lease a Supra Key to access CARMLS lockboxes as assigned in our subscribed areas.  Supra Key Fees are separate from CARMLS dues and each individual Broker, Agent and Appraiser will be responsible for key fees. CARMLS serves as a Supra liaison for this, all lockboxes and key devices. NO MEMBER MAY EVER SHARE LOCKBOX KEYS, KEY INFORMATION, DEVICES,  OR PIN CODES or fines and penalties apply.

Upon receipt of your email confirmation, again we HIGHLY recommend you schedule your CARMLS Paragon Training by calling 501.224.3339 or emailing CARMLS Support at Support@CARMLS.com . 

New Agent Zoom and In-House Classes(at CARMLS Office) are held every other Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to approx. 12 p.m. CLASSES ARE FREE OF CHARGE, BUT YOU MUST REGISTER PRIOR TO ATTENDING.
